The property is located within Benton Square Industrial Estate. This is a well-established estate located within a half mile of Holystone Junction of the A19 and lies approximately 6 miles to the northeast of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Description

The main building is formed in four equal bays which in turn have been sub-divided to provide a production area, chiller/goods out area with three 1.21m loading docks, each measuring 2.16m wide by 2.37m high, and four cold storage areas. To the rear of the production area is a recently built chilled storage area which is also of steel frame construction with composite steel cladding and mono pitched
roof. There is a further roller shutter door to the rear elevation which measures 3.82m wide by 2.89m high.

To the front of the main factory area is a single storey block containing office space, WCs, changing rooms and canteen. The block has a mono pitched tiled roof and double glazed windows. The building is set within its own secure compound which provides a concrete hardstand surrounded by metal palisade fencing.
